Health, satisfaction, and joy result from giving attention and care to the many facets of life. Aspects of health include functioning in different areas - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and sexually.

Many people grow up feeling ashamed, afraid of, or uninformed about sex. Others develop problems at different stages in a relationship. I offer a confidential space to talk about your concerns. Sex therapy is talk therapy. Sexual concerns include problems with desire, arousal, erection, ejaculation, orgasm, sexual pain, and relationship or intimacy issues. My goals are to help you to gain increased understanding about yourself and your partner, and to support you in making changes that you would like to see happen. I am welcoming of sexual diversity including LGBTQIA+ populations and people engaged in alternative lifestyles including kink and open relationships.

I also provide psychotherapy for people struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, relationship concerns in general, or adjustment issues. Sometimes feelings of sadness, anger, or fear are brought on by stressors like relationship problems and life changes. Often it helps to talk with an objective, trained mental health professional.
